Catastrophic Creations began in 2013 as a passion project in a small apartment, crafting cat hammocks and wooden furniture for founder Mike Wilson and his cat, Ickle. Built on ingenuity and resourcefulness, the brand grew from viral DIY creations into a full-fledged business known for its modular, wall-mounted cat furniture. Today, operating from a 12,000 sq ft facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the team combines sustainable materials—like bamboo, canvas, sisal, and steel—with expert design to create durable, sleek, and functional playgrounds for cats. Driven by owner-tested prototypes, cats themselves approve each piece before production proceeds. Along the way, Catastrophic Creations has expanded thoughtfully, now with over 20 employees and a reputation for enriching feline well-being through thoughtfully engineered solutions.

Catastrophic Creations typically processes orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow this time for order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
For orders under $100, a flat rate of $5 applies. International shipping is currently unavailable. Please note: If your order includes items from multiple vendors, shipping eligibility and rates may vary per brand.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Catastrophic Creations items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
