We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Petora items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
