Saint Rue offers free worldwide shipping. Please note that when your order includes products from multiple vendors, complimentary shipping applies per vendor and may not extend across your entire cart. Final shipping costs, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on the items and brands in your order.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Saint Rue items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
