Boo Oh typically processes orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow this time for order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
For U.S. orders under $100, a base rate of $8 applies. Canadian orders start at $20, and international orders begin at $45 — though final shipping costs may vary at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. Please note: If your order includes items from multiple vendors, shipping eligibility and rates may vary per brand.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Boo Oh items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
