Shipping & Returns

We typically processes orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow this time for order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
We offer complimentary shipping for U.S. and international orders over $100 USD. For orders under this threshold and over the max order value of $500, we charge a flat rate of $8 on U.S. orders, $18 on Canada orders, and $25 on all other international orders.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Fur Elise items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
