Returns & Exchanges

We believe in love at furst sight — but we also understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Elise Galleria features a curated selection of independent brands, and as such, return policies may vary by vendor. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility before initiating a request.

General Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Center.
  • Item must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation with your return.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are not available for Elise Galleria items, unless the product is from Fur Elise Pets.
  • Not all items are returnable — please refer to each product page for item-specific return information.
  • Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly provide a complimentary return label — just reach out to us at info@furelisepets.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@furelisepets.com so we can make it right.
