Tuft + Paw typically processes orders within 2 business days, with delivery taking 5–10 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Tuft + Paw offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. At this time, they do not ship internationally, and some items may be restricted from delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note: If your order includes items from multiple vendors, shipping rates and delivery timeframes may vary per vendor.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Tuft + Paw items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
