Order Confirmation

Once you place an order through Elise Galleria, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and full order details. This email confirms that your order has been received, but it does not yet indicate acceptance or shipment. All orders are subject to availability and approval.

Processing

Elise Galleria is a curated marketplace powered by Shopify Collective, which means your order may be fulfilled by one or more of our independent brand partners. Each vendor manages their own order fulfillment, with typical processing times ranging from 1–3 business days.

If your order contains products from multiple vendors, you may receive separate shipments — each with its own tracking confirmation.

Orders placed before 11 AM EST may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If there are any issues with your order — such as product unavailability, address clarification, or verification needs — we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping

U.S. Orders

All Elise Galleria orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping methods and delivery estimates vary by vendor and will be shown at checkout. Most items ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with standard delivery typically taking 2–5 business days.

If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page. If you’ve purchased both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately.

Complimentary U.S. shipping is available on orders over $100 with code SHIPUS. Be sure to enter the code at checkout — it will not be applied automatically.

International Orders

International shipping availability varies by vendor — some may only ship to select countries such as Canada. If international shipping is offered, rates and destination eligibility will appear at checkout.

Complimentary international shipping is available on orders over $250 with code SHIPINTL. Enter the code during checkout to redeem this offer.

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and dimensions. These fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. By placing an international order, you agree to cover any additional charges incurred at delivery.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 6–12 business days, depending on the destination and vendor location.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elisegalleria.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it — however, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Promo Codes

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one promo code may be used per order. Codes may be limited to one-time use and are valid only while supplies last. Expired codes cannot be reactivated.
