For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7.99 applies. All orders are shipped via ground shipping, which typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping is currently unavailable. Please note: If your order includes items from multiple vendors, shipping eligibility and rates may vary per brand.
Due to the perishable nature of their food products, Rigby Pets does not accept traditional returns. However, first-time orders are backed by a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee if customers or their dogs are unsatisfied. Customers must contact us at info@elisegalleria.com or the Rigby support team within 7 days of delivery for eligibility. Damaged or incorrect orders should also be reported within 7 days.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after review by the Rigby Pets support team. Refund requests for first-time subscription orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are limited to one refund per household. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
