Lambwolf typically processes orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow this time for order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Select handcrafted items, such as handwoven collars, may require up to 4 weeks for processing before shipment.
For orders under $100, a flat rate of $8 applies. All orders are shipped via ground shipping, which typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible Lambwolf items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To begin a return, please visit our returns portal. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
