Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. We retain the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.

Quality item as I expected

Arlo is a 1 year golden retriever who loves anything soft. He is obsessed with blankets and this Koko plushie feels like a blanket. It is so soft and so cute. We love our Koko plushie! We cannot wait for more plushies to launch!
