1. Spot clean with a damp wash cloth or paper towel.
2. Lint roll to remove any unwanted dust or hair.
We know some like to play ruff. If you purchased a toy from us that has become damaged and no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement. Simply email us at info@furelisepets.com with your order number along with your reason for replacement.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. We retain the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.
